Tom DeLonge had a busy 2024 touring with blink-182 and is capping the year with a shout-out on Wheel of Fortune.
During a recent episode of the game show, a contestant named Phil shared that he'd made a bucket list after receiving some bad health news a few years back, which included seeing the "All the Small Things" rockers on their reunion tour. Not only did he achieve that, but he's also now in remission.
In an Instagram post, DeLonge shared a clip of Phil's Wheel appearance, adding in the caption, "Hell yeah, brother @blink182 loves you, back."
Phil's story may have resonated extra with DeLonge given bassist Mark Hoppus' 2021 cancer battle, which factored into DeLonge rejoining blink in 2022 after a seven-year absence from the band.
Since reuniting, blink put out a new album, 2023's ONE MORE TIME..., and supported it on a world tour.
