Sam Fender premieres video for 'People Watching' single

Sam Fender has premiered the video for "People Watching," the lead single and title track off his upcoming album.

The clip stars Irish actor Andrew Scott, known for his roles in Fleabag and Sherlock.

"Sam's masterpiece of a song has become a true friend to me," Scott says. "Working on it was truly cathartic, and I'll always be grateful to Sam for his extraordinary talent, and for the other artists who made this film, and of course to my mum, who I will hold in my heart til the day I die."

"I was so buzzing when I found out Andrew wanted to be involved," Fender adds. "I'm a huge fan of his and he was absolutely perfect for the role."

People Watching the album is due out Feb. 21. It's the follow-up to 2021's Seventeen Going Under.
