Kim Gordon releases 'PLAY ME' title track + announces tour dates

Kim Gordon has released a new song called "PLAY ME," the title track off the Sonic Youth co-founder's upcoming solo album.

PLAY ME, the follow-up to 2024's Grammy-nominated The Collective, is due out Friday. It also includes the previously released songs "NOT TODAY," "BYEBYE25!" and "DIRTY TECH."

Gordon has also announced a run of North American tour dates, spanning from June 23 in Chicago to July 29 in San Francisco. Presales begin Wednesday at 10 a.m. local time, and tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 10 a.m. PT.
