Gorillaz has premiered an animated short film to accompany their new album, The Mountain.

The nine-minute video features the band's four cartoon members — Murdoc, Noodle, Russel and 2D — as they take a journey through a jungle toward the titular mountain, all animated in a style very reminiscent of the original Jungle Book Disney movie. Along the way, you'll hear three songs off The Mountain: "The Moon Cave," "The Sad God" and the title track.

You can watch the film on YouTube.

The album The Mountain is out now. It's the follow-up to 2023's Cracker Island.

You can catch Gorillaz make their debut on Saturday Night Live on March 7. They're also headlining the 2026 Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta in September.
