The NYPD confirmed Matthew Webb, 23, who was from Queens and worked at the Brooklyn fast food location, died from his injuries.

Webb was shot in the neck Monday night by a man whose mother had argued with Webb about her fries, police told WPIX.

Police said Michael Morgan, 20, went to the restaurant after hearing the argument while he was on a call with his mother, WABC reported.

Morgan and Webb got into a fight when Morgan apparently reached for a gun and shot Webb, police said, according to WPIX.

Morgan had been charged with attempted murder and a weapon violation, WCBS reported. Morgan’s girlfriend, Camellia Dunlap, 18, has also been charged with criminal possession of a weapon after police said she gave Morgan the gun and then ran off with it after the shooting, WPIX reported.
