Representatives for the 38-year-old reality star told People that she and Thompson welcomed their second child together via surrogate.
Kardashian and Thompson announced last month that they conceived the child in November.

The Good American co-founder told People that she had not decided on a name for their son. Their first child, True Thompson, is 4 years old.
Kardashian started dating Thompson in 2016, but in December, it was revealed that Thompson was having a baby with fitness model Maralee Nichols. The on-again, off-again couple reportedly split in January.
Nichols filed a paternity lawsuit against Thompson last year. The baby, a boy, is now 8 months old. Thompson, 31, is also the father of a 5-year-old son he had with ex Jordan Craig, according to The Associated Press.
