Until further notice, Cox Media Group will mail prizes to contest winners, if mobile ticketing is not an option. Tickets may be left to claim at will-call. If neither option is possible, the winner will be contacted to discern a way to claim his/her prize(s). All contest winners are required to provide a digital copy of their Florida issued driver’s license, to have their prize mailed.
