The MTV VMA’s will take place in some form in Brooklyn on August 30th. MTV says there will not be fans or large crowds in attendance, just the artists sitting with appropriate social distance between them. They are working with Governor Cuomo to make sure the event happens with all proper safety precautions.
The award for ‘Best New Artist’ is voted by fans and officially opened today. There are 17 artists nominated including Billie Eilish’s brother Finneas, Yungblud, Lewis Capaldi, Brockhampton, and more.
