When you imagine Twenty One Pilots shooting a music video you probably think of some fancy studio in L.A. or maybe their hometown of Columbus, but you probably DON’T think Ybor City, Florida!
However, it seems that may be exactly what happened. Tyler and Josh swooped into Tampa Bay in complete undercover mode to film their music video, HOW DID WE NOT KNOW THEY ENTERED OUR STATE?!
The discovery was made after the release of the video, when VU studios shared it on their Instagram (3 posts total).
According to their website, VU Studios or ‘Vū' is a 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art virtual production studio, with ‘one of the largest LED volumes in the world and houses the most advanced production technology including motion control robotics and advanced motion capture’ which makes sense, given the crazy visuals in the video!
