This fall the biopic of legendary British band Queen and the lead singer Freddie Mercury will be released. This week, we finally got the officially trailer and it will rock your world with excitement. The film is due out November 2nd and the lead will be played by Emmy winner Rami Malek. DOESN’T HE LOOK JUST LIKE HIM!?

So excited for this!

This teaser had been previously released in May.

Netflix Releases 80’s style teaser for season 3 of ‘Stranger Things’

As the caption on YouTube explains:

‘Coming to Hawkins in the Summer of 1985…the Starcourt Mall! Starcourt Mall will be one of the finest shopping facilities in America and beyond with options for the entire family. Including The Gap, Waldenbooks, Sam Goody, Claire’s and more! Don’t forget to cool off at Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream shop. Starcourt Mall has it all!’

The Starcourt Mall is coming to Hawkins! Netflix released this 80’s style teaser yesterday for season 3 of ‘Stranger Things’. There is no sign of demogorgons or the upside down, just a cheesy commercial for the mall. Could this be where the gate reopens!?

None of the regular characters are seen either, except Steve who works at the ice cream shop…. LOL

At the end of the commercial it says ‘Coming Next Summer’ so we can only assume that’s when we’ll finally get Season 3!

Thoughts?!

WATCH: Adorable Grandpa records himself instead of the proposal

We’ve all done it. You go to record something and BOOM it’s you! You’ve got it on selfie mode.

Well this adorable Grandpa did that but at a pretty important moment, A PROPOSAL. The funniest part is it wasn’t even that couples’ Grandpa. He was just someone they struck up conversation with while visiting Sandia Peak Tramway in Albuquerque, NM.

Talk about embarrassing! Luckily he is just so darn cute it doesn’t matter.

Twenty One Pilots Release Two New Songs, Music Video, and announce fifth album, ‘Trench’ and tour

On July 6th 2017 Twenty One Pilots went completely silent. No more shows, no social media presence, and no presence from Tyler Joseph period. This followed the epic Blurryface era which landed them multiple hit songs including ‘Ride’ and ‘Stressed Out’, a massive world tour, and in 2018 the album became the first album ever in which each track received at least a Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.

They announced their silence through a series of cryptic lyric tweets that ended with an eye closing. Then, on July 6th 2018, exactly one year later they broke their silence by sending this GIF of an eye opening to the members of their fan club which said ‘ARE YOU STILL SLEEPING?’. The following two days they then released more in-depth videos of the eye opening:

Billboards then went up in major cities across the country and they also slightly changed their symbol and signature colors:

FINALLY. Today we have answers to all of it. Twenty One Pilots are back. Today (7/11) at 8am they dropped this new song ‘Jumpsuit’ AND announced their 5th studio album Trench due out 10/5/18 They posted the video to YouTube along with a 2nd song from the upcoming album ‘Nico and Niners’. Both are here!

Along with the new songs, in a statement released by the label the band also announced A FREAKING TOUR!!! ARE YOU SEEING WHAT I’M SEEING?!

NOVEMBER 3RD AMALIE ARENA!!!!

Here are the lyrics for ‘Jumpsuit!’

I can’t believe how much I hate,

Pressures of a new place roll my way,

Jumpsuit, Jumpsuit cover me,

Jumpsuit, Jumpsuit cover me.

I crumble underneath the weight,

Pressures of a new place roll my way,

Jumpsuit,

Jumpsuit cover me.

Jumpsuit,

Jumpsuit cover me.

Spirits in my room, friend or foe?

Felt it in my youth,

feel it when I’m old,

Jumpsuit,

Jumpsuit cover me,

Dusting off my Jumpsuit.

I’ll be right there,

But you’ll have to grab my throat and lift me in the air,

If you need anyone,

I’ll stop my plans, But you’ll have to tie me down and then break both my hands, If you need anyone.

And for ‘Nico and Niners’

East is up,

I’m fearless when I hear this on the low,

East is up,

I’m careless when I wear my rebel clothes,

East is up,

When Bishops come together they will know that,

Dema don’t control us,

Dema don’t control,

East is up.

They want to make you forget,

They want to make you forget,

Save your razorblades now, not yet,

Save your razorblades now, not yet.

I’m heavy, my Jumpsuit is on steady,

I’m lighter when I’m lower,

I’m higher when I’m heavy,

I’m so high, my Jumpsuit takes me so high,

I’m flying from a fire, from Nico and the Niners.

What I say when I want to be enough,

What a beautiful day for making a break for it,

We’ll find a way to pay for it,

Maybe from all the money we made razorblade stores,

Rent a race horse and force a sponsor,

And start a concert, a complete diversion,

Start a mob and you can be quite certain,

We’ll win but not everyone will get out.

Paramore gets a little Stranger

While Paramore was playing at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, they were accompanied by Gaten Matarazzo, everyone’s favorite lovable character Dustin Henderson from Netflix’s Stranger Things. Together with sister Sabrina and brother Carmen, they sang along to ‘Misery Business’ and it was awesome!

Gaten and Sabrina are in a band called Work In Progress and have covered this song before and that how Hayley found out and invited him to crash their show anytime. They also have covered songs by Fall Out Boy and Foo Fighters. Perhaps we’ll be playing Work In Progress one day.

Here is their original cover of ‘Misery Business’

What do you think of the performance?

Twenty One Pilots Broke Their Silence Today

It was exactly a year ago today that the band announced they were be going silent through a series of cryptic tweets that ended with a closing eye. Since then, the clique has been relentless in trying to figure out when they would make their return but the band was completely dark on social media. Josh Dun has been spotted a few times at events but Tyler Joseph absolutely disappeared.

pic.twitter.com/wJtP1F5G1N — twenty one pilots (@twentyonepilots) July 7, 2017

Today however, if you’re a member of the official Twenty One Pilots fan club, you got the first official communication from the band. It came in the form of an email and was simply this gif of an eyeball that said ‘ARE YOU STILL SLEEPING?”.

CREEPY AF.

What do you think it means?! What’s your theory?!

Until Friday (June 29), Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco is Amazon Music’s guest host and has been playing all of his favorite songs.

WE TOTES LOVE AFRICA TOO.

Urie is a Cardi B fan? OF COURSE.

Drake is totally an android from the future.

Halsey invited Brendon to Coachella? Jealous!

Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons discusses the struggles of Mormons in the LGBTQ community

In January Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons released his documentary ‘Believer’ through HBO.

Reynolds was raised in the Mormon church and the documentary looks at how members treat the LGBTQ community. There is a rising suicide rate with teens in Utah and Reynolds hopes to bring attention to the connection between the struggles of these teens and the view of the church.

On Monday he appeared on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah to go in depth on the  topic.

From Anthony Bourdain to Kate Spade there is no doubt suicide is deeply affecting so many of the people around us. Sunday, Anderson Cooper hosted a special CNN Town Hall ‘Finding Hope: Battling America’s Suicide Crisis’

The special featured many speakers but the one we most moved by had to be Talinda Bennington. She spoke about about losing her husband, Linkin Park front man Chester Bennington, to suicide and about the days leading up to it.

If you or someone you know needs help, call the national suicide hotline: 1-800-273-TALK.

Chris Pratt gives his 9 rules for the next generation

Last night at the MTV Movie and TV Awards Chris Pratt accepted the generation award. Just in case you needed another reason to love him, he chose to include his “9 rules from Chris Pratt” and they were all perfect.

Of course he included silly things like advice for pooping at parties and ‘Don’t Be A Turd’, but he also chose some pieces of advice we could all keep close to our hearts in any generation.

“You have a soul, be careful with it.”

Elders react to music from Post Malone

Post Malone is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer who is quickly gaining a huge following and popularity. His music is received by all differently but love him or hate him, he’s taking off in the music industry.

The folks at FBE took his unique style to be something that would gain an interesting reaction from older people who were unfamiliar. They were right.

LOLOL.

“I’m trying to determine what language he’s…speaking?”

Toni Cornell pays tribute to father Chris Cornell with their cover of ‘Nothing Compares 2 U’

To pay tribute to her father on Father’s Day, Toni Cornell released a recording they made together covering the Prince hit ‘Nothing Compares 2 U’. She posted the video to her Chris Cornell’s Youtube page with the caption “I love you and miss you so much. You were the best father anyone could ask for.”

Grab the tissues.

She also tweeted a link to the video out from his Twitter account with this sweet caption below. ❤

Panic! At The Disco drop new song ‘King Of The Clouds’

This Friday (6/22) we will finally get the sixth studio album from Panic! At The Disco,  Pray For The Wicked via Fueled by Ramen/DCD2. We’ve already received two tracks from the album, the smash hit ‘Say Amen (Saturday Night)’ and ‘High Hopes’ (see below).

Today the band gifted us with yet another tease from the album ‘King Of The Clouds’. According to Alternative Press, the track came from a cannabis filled evening Urie spent with some friends. Urie told AP, “they came over one day, and I think I got everyone too high…there was a big lull, a pregnant silence, and I was like, ‘Hey, do you guys know about the 11th dimension?’ I went into this whole thing about being in the third dimension peering in on the second dimension, the fourth dimension looking in on the third…and showed them this Carl Sagan video…”

He had been hanging with Sam Hollander,  Death Of A  Bachelor producer Jake Sinclair, White Sea’s Morgan Kibby, Suzy Shinn, and Panic! touring guitarist Kenny Harris. So you can imagine that naturally a song would come out of it.

What do you think!?
