Brenda Morris, 78, had her final wish come true, BBC News reported.

Originally, Morris had planned to donate her body to science but that couldn’t happen so the former chemistry teacher had the request for the workers at the Thomas Brothers funeral home in Redditch, the Redditch Standard reported.

Funeral director Mark Thomas bought the Darth Vader and stormtrooper costumes online and wore them to escort Morris on her final trip. She didn’t want the procession to meander through the streets, so instead she had instructed Thomas to get her “fast down the highway.”

Thomas said they stuck to the speed limit, but the normally, slow trip was done in about two minutes, the Standard reported.

Thomas and his stormtroopers practiced before they took Morris to the crematorium.

“I know it may sound strange, but I watched some clips of Darth Vader just to make sure I got everything right,” Thomas told the Standard. “The lads stood around the coffin dressed as stormtroopers while I was by the celebrant.”

It was the least they could do for the woman who raised money for Primrose Hospice and touched the lives of everyone in her community, BBC News reported.

She also was known for her appearance on “The X Factor” in 2010, where she performed Pink’s “So What,” BBC News reported.
