Walking Dead Scores 10.9 Million Viewers By Nikki
The Walking Dead's third season premiere had 10.9 MILLION viewers- breaking basic cable record!
The Walking Dead episode- which premiered Sunday night at 10 p.m., had 50% more viewers than the 2nd season's premiere.
"Thank you to the fans for making "The Walking Dead" such a tremendous success," said the president of AMC, Charlie Collier. "We are honored and humbled that television's largest adult audience resides on AMC. So many people on both sides of the camera worked tirelessy on this project, and I thank and congraulate each of them for their amazing contribution."
