Pitchfork.com reports about Disney borrwoing the cover art from Joy Division's post-punk classic Unknown Pleasures on a new Mickey Mouse t-shirt. As the site points out, Disney either neglected to research this band's history - singer Ian Curtis hung himself in 1980 - or even the etymology of the band's name - a novel called The House of Dolls used the term to describe Nazis separating Jewish women from the rest of prisoners in a concentration camp to work as prostitutes during the Holocaust.

Florence + The Machine booked a spring U.S. tour, but won't come any closer to Florida than New Orleans.

Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder, meanwhile, will hit Florida on a spring solo tour. He'll perform May 10 at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater.

What do you think about Disney using the Joy Division cover art for a Mickey Mouse t-shirt?
