I've never really been out of the country before. Ok, technically I went on a radio trip to Hedonism in Jamaica (don't ask, way too many sordid details to put in print) and a cruise to Mexico, but those don't really count. When I found out that we are going to Ireland courtesy of Jameson, I couldn't believe it. In fact, I'm still not 100% certain this isn't some elaborate hoax being played on me by my scheming 97X counterparts. Suuuure they've been to Ireland before. Right. I'll believe it when I'm on that plane in two weeks, headed for the land of Bono, Lucky Charms, and Shepard's Pie.

To say I'm excited doesn't even begin to describe my emotions. If this indeed does come to fruition, it will be by far the coolest radio-related thing I've ever gotten to experience. We shall see!
