All too often local food banks and charities are scrambling to restock in that period between Thanksgiving and Christmas. WIth that in mind, attendees are encouraged to bring in sealed non-perishable items that they didn't use for their own Thanksgiving meals. It's easy - when you're out shopping, pick up an extra item (or more!) Many stores run buy one, get one free specials.
