The Leadership Conservatory Foundation proudly presents “Rhapsody on Fifth” – a salute to George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, on Saturday night, April 20th at the Palladium Theater, 253 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg. The concert will include an evening of classics and jazz, featuring Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, performed by world-renowned pianist Mark Markham and the nationally recognized Tarpon Springs Leadership Conservatory for the Arts jazz and wind ensembles. “Rhapsody on Fifth” will begin at 7 pm, followed by a private VIP Post- Concert Reception. Ticket prices are $25, $50, and $100 and may be purchased at www.mypalladium.org. The $100 tickets include admission to the VIP Reception. All proceeds will benefit the Leadership Conservatory for the Arts’ Marching Band and help defray expenses for its participation in the 2013 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.
