Groundbreaking, flamboyant and stylish stand-up comedian Katt Williams is back with an all-new tour!

Groundbreaking, flamboyant and stylish stand-up comedian Katt Williams is back with an all-new tour, including his first visit to Tampa in nearly five years on Saturday, February 9 at 8:00 PM.

Known just as much for his permed hair as he is for his animated performances and quick wit, Williams has been making his mark in Hollywood for more than ten years. Beginning his career at an age when most teenagers are seeking their driver’s licenses, the young comic quickly discovered that he had a gift for making people laugh. Inspired by the likes of great humorists such as Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, Bill Cosby, and George Carlin, Williams has built a unique and hilarious style all his own.

Widely recognized for his role as “Money Mike” in the hit New Line movie “Friday After Next” and for his role in Nick Cannon’s highly-rated MTV improv show, “Wild n’ Out,” Williams has appeared in music videos for everyone from Outkast (“Roses”) to E-40 (“One Night Stand”), in addition to landing roles on the small and big screen. Some of his appearances include “NYPD Blue,” “The Tracy Morgan Show,” “My Wife and Kids,” Russell Simmons’ “Def Comedy Jam” on HBO alongside Dave Chappelle and Mike Epps, and as an animated character (“A Pimp Named Slickback”) on the popular adult cartoon “The Boondocks” Williams continues to receive stamps of approval from the urban and mainstream community for his brilliance and ingenuity on screen and on stage.

In August 2012, Showtime aired “Katt Williams: Kattpacalypse” which was taped New Year’s Eve 2012 in front of 7,000 fans at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. His performance brings his trademark explosive energy to riffs covering everything from Obama to Doomsday. Williams’ comedy brings the house down with laughter by drawing on his own experiences and his edgy take on life with his unique personality, pimp-esque charisma and endless supply of original jokes.
