Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival Gala featuring a performance by Stogie Kenyatta Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival will celebrate its 13th Annual 10-Day Celebration. Join us for the Heritage Gala on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013. This signature event will kick-off a week-long series of activities and includes a delicious dinner reception; the #1 solo show in the USA and Caribbean College Circuit, featuring Stogie Kenyetta as "Paul Robeson" and a Post Skaters Gala and Steppers Ball.
