Description:
The University of South Florida's Health Management Group will be offering a 5-week Insomnia Treatment Program beginning November 6, 2012. Sessions will be conducted in small groups and will focus on engagement in sleep-promoting behaviors. Groups will run Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:30 pm (first session will end at 8:00; 1-week break for Thanksgiving week).
