Engagement ring piercings are the new trend

Would you do this?

Apparently there is a new trend to get just your finger pierced with the diamond rather than wear it on your ring. The diamond is held in place dermal anchor and is not easily removed without a professional, and not without a lot of pain and potential scarring.

Personally, I think it looks a little ridiculous and you KNOW it’s going to get caught on just about everything. Good luck with that.

Fall Out Boy Will Headline Gun Violence Prevention Benefit Concert

As Rollingstone reports, Fall Out Boy and G-Eazy will headline a benefit concert in support of the March For Our Lives rallies. The rallies have been organized in response to the school shooting in Parkland, Florida and the “Stay Amped” show will be held Friday, March 23rd at the Anthem in Washington D.C. Proceeds will benefit  Giffords and  Everytown for Gun Safety Action Fund, gun violence prevention groups.

Lizzo and BeBe Rexha will also be a part of the show as well as many gun violence survivors and alumni from Parkland’s Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. In a recent statement Pete Wentz said, “This is a time for action, we need to support the Parkland teens, and kids across the country. We have their backs, and we must demand our lawmakers do more to end this gun violence crisis.”

Tickets go on sale Wednesday March 14th. Awesome stuff from these guys!

Panic! At The Disco upload video of Brendon Urie brushing his teeth?

Brendon Urie has been teasing us that the band has new music coming for quite awhile via his own personal Instagram Live.

However, it seems now the band is teasing that they are REALLY getting ready for something. Something that requires quite a bit of teeth brushing.

The band posted this Instagram story on their page which shows front man Brendon Urie brushing his teeth for more than 2 minutes. Maybe that’s a pre-tour ritual? DO WE GET A TOUR? AN ALBUM? Or just pictures of Brendon with really great teeth.

Whatever this means, it’s got to mean something. We haven’t had new music from P!ATD since 2016’s Death of a Bachelor.

Would you eat these spicy Skittles?

Skittles has just released their new ‘spicy Skittles’. The flavors of this rainbow include Sizzlin’ Strawberry, Fiery Watermelon, Flamin’ Orange, Lemon Spark and Blazin’ Mango and are available in most grocery stores nationwide. Would you try them??

To promote the new flavor, football player Marshawn Lynch took them through a senior living community and it was pretty hilarious.

WATCH: blink-182, Fall Out Boy, Green Day and more read mean tweets

When you’re in the spotlight you’re ALWAYS going to be exposed to haters on social media. One of the staples on Jimmy Kimmel Live is ‘Mean Tweets’, where celebrities and artists read all those harsh words.

This week it was another music edition and ‘Mean Tweets’ were read by some of our favorites including The Lumineers, blink-182, Green Day, and Fall Out Boy.

“Fall Out Boy is the Comic Sans MS of music…” Hahahahaha

Okeechobee Music Fest Day 2 – Misterwives, Snoop Dogg w/The Roots & more

Waking up to day 2 of OMF we weren’t sure how it could get better, but then we saw Misterwives perform! Their energy on stage was the perfect way to get the day started. We still have “Machine” stuck in our head.

The rest of the day called for exploring the festival. There was so much to do, we didn’t even know where to start. From parties on the beach and ferries wheels, to body marbling.

After a quick nap and spending some time making a glitter beard, it was time to see the legendary Snopp Dogg perform with The Roots ! It was a performance for the books. He even had a mascot version of himself hyping him up on stage. The highlight of the show was Snoop ending the set with a classic lighters up in the air, arms swaying ballad.

Check out more videos and photos here!

Music Festival Tips – How to Make a GLITTER BEARD

When you’re in the portal at Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival glitter is EVERYTHING!

We all know beards are in, but what about GLITTER BEARDS? Here’s how you add can sparkle to your favorite beard.

Step 1: Buy all the glitter  Step 2: Find a beaded man Step 3: Primer with Vaseline (this is key)  Step 4: Add glitter with a brush  Step 5: If you think you’ve added enough glitter, add more Step 6: Admire your masterpiece

Judah & The Lion’s Okeechobee performance knocked our heads off…and his.

Day 1 of Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival felt like a dream! As soon as we entered the portal we were transported into a new world of music and good vibes.

Judah & the Lion kicked it off with an unreal performance including a cover of Mr. Brightside!

We couldn’t have asked for a better way to end Day 1 then with Foster the People. The music was electric and Mark Foster’s dance moves were on point.

Check out all the photos here! If day 1 was that amazing, we cannot wait for day 2!

We finally know if Groot is actually dead or alive

Controversy erupted on Twitter when someone posed the question, ‘Which one do you save?’ Referring to Groot and Porg.

which one do you save — Arielle Calderon (@Arielle07) February 27, 2018

Guardians of The Galaxy director James Gunn immediately got involved in the debate and BLEW OUR MINDS.

First Groot is dead. Baby Groot is his son. — James Gunn (@JamesGunn) February 27, 2018

Wait, what?! that’s not the same Groot? It’s HIS SON?! — Pablo Machado (@elmachas) February 27, 2018

He went on to explain how that is the explanation for Baby Groot’s confusion.

He doesn’t have adult Groot’s memories for one. Adult Groot would know what button to push! — James Gunn (@JamesGunn) February 27, 2018 He doesn’t remember anyone. He’s a baby but he’s been with them for two months. — James Gunn (@JamesGunn) February 27, 2018

So there you go. Hope reading this killed at least 10 minutes of your work day.

Pink Lettuce is the new food trend taking over your Instagram soon

These days it’s more important how your food looks in an Instagram post than how it tastes. Even when it comes to lettuce.

There is a new ‘pink lettuce’ food trend showing up in stores like Whole Foods and it’s coming to an Instagram feed near you. It’s not that it’s dyed, it’s just a slightly bitter member of the radicchio family that happens to be photogenic. Kinda like that annoyingly pretty cousin you stand as far as possible away from in pictures.

Want some #pinklettuce in your lunch today? It’s not going to be cheap! The pink stuff costs 5x more than green lettuce.

Pink Lettuce Is About to Take Over Your Instagram Feed — Food Trends — The Kitchn (@thekitchn) February 27, 2018 The lettuce in my salad was pink. But i still ate it. Updates coming soon. — malikers (@juicecripple) February 28, 2018 lmao apparently the "hot new thing" is "pink lettuce" which is literally just radicchio — Brett (@actionshackson) February 28, 2018

Vans Warped Tour no longer in Vinoy Park, moving to Tampa

As reported by the Tampa Bay Times, it has been recently confirmed that the last Vans Warped Tour we will ever attend is going to be at the MidFlorida Credit Union Ampitheatre, not Vinoy Park in St. Pete.

The change has not been warmly received among longtime fans and I have to admit I agree! Vinoy Park has been home to the show since 2003 and is a place of treasured crowd-surfing/mosh-pitting sweaty memories for so many of us.

Seeing those band trailers stacked against the backdrop of the Bay? Walking through downtown St. Pete with your clothes LITERALLY stuck to you and eyeliner running?? Those will just have to live as Warped tour memories from now on.

How do you ruin the final year of @VansWarpedTour? Change it to the worst concert venue in town. #TampaBay #WarpedTour is now at the Amphitheater instead of Vinoy Park, where it has been since forever and where your memories were made. Cool. #Tampa — ⒹⒶⓃⒾⒺⓁ ⒸⓊⓇⒶ (@daniel_cura) February 25, 2018 There’s worse ways to end warped tour but changing the Tampa venue from vinoy Park to the mid florida amphitheater is a pretty shitty way to go out — rachel (@foresstfire) February 26, 2018 But like why is warped tour going to Tampa instead of St. Pete this year??? — Sara Cappelli (@Sara_Cappelli16) February 13, 2018 Wow, truly the end of an era: 2018 Vans #WarpedTour moving from St. Petersburg to Tampa @TB_Times — Justine Griffin (@SunBizGriffin) February 26, 2018

Vans Warped Tour will be here August 4th and tickets are available for $25 now.

Fall Out Boy just dropped a Whitney Houston cover

Yep. You read that right.

Fall Out Boy just dropped a cover of the Whitney Houston 1980s classic ‘I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)’ on Spotify and it’s actually really good. The cover was part of a recent session the band played at the Spotify studios.

Take a listen!

They also released a new version of ‘Hold Me Tight Or Don’t’.

My Chemical Romance themed pizzas are now available in Booklyn

Vinnie’s Pizzeria in New York has a pretty interesting menu these days. They just introduced 3 My Chemical Romance theme style pizzas and I’m not mad at them.

The 3 different pies you can get are the vegetarian “I’m Knot Doughk!”, the vegan “My Chemikale Romance”, and my favorite “Three Cheese for Meat Revenge”

And to top it off, My Chem’s very own Frank Iero posted the following to Instagram

“of all the days not to be in Brooklyn… damn.”

So funny! Which would you try?

Matthew McConaughey’s bizarre Carl’s Jr. ads will mesmerize you

He may be a Best Actor Oscar winner but that doesn’t stop Matthew McConaughey from doing some weird stuff here and there. This time it’s voicing these burger commercials for Carl’s Jr. He says things like ‘tangy, drippin’, droppin, lickity-split talkin’…or something like that. It’s honestly pretty mesmerizing and WILL make you hungry. Check it out!
