Eligibility: Subject to the additional restrictions below, the "THE 97X BRIBE - $1000 SONG OF THE DAY" promotion is open only to residents in the following Florida counties: Citrus, Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Hardee, Highlands, DeSoto, Sarasota, Charlotte, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cox Radio, Inc. d/b/a WSUN ("Sponsor") and any radio station which transmits a signal into the Tampa Metro area, and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

How To Enter: To enter "THE 97X BRIBE - $1000 SONG OF THE DAY" contest, listen to WSUN - 97.1FM weekdays between 8:00am and 7:00pm for that day's designated "song of the day" to play. The "song of the day" will be announced daily at 7:15am and will be posted thereafter (until 5pm) at www.97xonline.com. Once the song plays, caller number 97 at (727) 217-9797 or (877) 327-9797 or (813) 221-9797 will be declared the $1000 daily winner. Daily winners are not awarded the $1000 prize until they meet all eligibility requirements. The "song of the day" could play more than one time each day. If the song plays a second time in one day, caller number 97 after the song plays a second time will win $1,000.

The Contest begins on Monday, September 22, 2008 and ends on October 17, 2008. Winners are permitted one (1) cash prize during the duration of "THE 97X BRIBE - $1000 SONG OF THE DAY" contest. Winners of "THE 97X BRIBE - $1000 SONG OF THE DAY" checks will be available within 2 weeks after winning and winners will be contacted when checks are ready to be picked up. Winners will have 30 days from being contacted to pick up their check from Cox Radio - Tampa Bay studios during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Prizes and Odds: Each "THE 97X BRIBE - $1000 SONG OF THE DAY" winner will receive $1,000. The odds of winning are based on the number of callers. Failure to accept the prize as offered results in forfeiture of the prize by the winner. WSUN will report the total dollar amount of the prize to the IRS and will furnish the winner with a 1099 tax form. The winner is solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of this prize. There will be no substitution for the prize. Prizes may not be transferred.

General Rules: Each of "THE 97X BRIBE - $1000 SONG OF THE DAY" winners must execute an affidavit of eligibility, together with a liability and publicity release, prior to receiving prize. By entering any Contest, each participant releases the Sponsor and its agents from all sole responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize without any further compensation. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media, to include the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose for no further compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the Contest, violating the Official Rules or acting in an inappropriate or a disruptive manner. Except where there is a failure to accept the prize as offered, prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. WSUN will not be responsible for incomplete entries, computer malfunctions or phone transmission malfunction, incomplete calls, disconnected calls or problems resulting from mailing entries or legibility of the entry form that may occur during the contest.

Name, name of work place, home and work address, home and work phone numbers, date of birth, gender, and email addresses of everyone who enters this contest will be added to the WSUN database and mailing list and, entrants will, from time to time, receive promotional e-mailing or mailing from WSUN. Failure to observe all contest rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
